Yes, that is a mermaid (enchantress? O_o). I was just too lazy to do her scales. xD;;;;; I like her headdress though.... This is the Second quote I did for the Quote Book Project that my friend and I started. This piece was also inspired by Andrew Jones. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Muwhaha Andrew Jones calls that just-throw-a-bunch-of-crap-at-the-audience-and-overwhelm-them-to-the-point-that-they-will-give-in-with-whatever-it-is-you-say-takes-place. (its the common cheap "trick the eye" deal you're always taught in art classes 8DDDD). But I also have tons of trouble with it, so I'm still learnin' :3

Once upon a time, there was an ugly barnacle. He was so ugly that everyone died. The end.
I like the headdress too, I just wouldn't want to wear it D= (looks like it would be very heavy...) xD
I decided RISD wasn't for me, didn't really offer what I wanted, and was too expensive so I turned down the offer to go.
I hope you'll love it there (pretty much everyone does).
